Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
- %TEMP%\rygzbgh
- %TEMP%\Skyp\binary bot.exe
- %TEMP%\Skyp\Microsoft Update.lnk
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
- %TEMP%\rygzbgh
