Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\net1.exe' stop sharedaccess
- '<SYSTEM32>\net.exe' stop sharedaccess
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Dated.dat
- %APPDATA%\ctfnom.exe
