- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Video Process' = 'Navapsvc.exe'
Creates the following services:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Video Process] 'Start' = '00000002'
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\Navapsvc.exe' -service
- '<SYSTEM32>\Navapsvc.exe' -meltserver "<Full path to virus>"
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\WER74b1.dir00\appcompat.txt
- %TEMP%\WER74b1.dir00\manifest.txt
- %TEMP%\WER74b1.dir00\Navapsvc.exe.hdmp
- <SYSTEM32>\Navapsvc.exe
- %TEMP%\WER74b1.dir00\Navapsvc.exe.mdmp
Deletes itself.
