Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\assassins.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\assassins.exe" "assassins.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\assassins.exe

UDP:
