Creates and executes the following:

Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\mecrosoft.exe" "mecrosoft.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\mecrosoft.exe
Deletes the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\PerfStringBackup.TMP
Network activity:
Connects to:
