Creates and executes the following:

Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%WINDIR%\system.exe" "system.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\system.exe

- 'ki#####g99.no-ip.biz':1177
UDP:
- DNS ASK ki#####g99.no-ip.biz
