Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\RECYCLER\drwaton.exe
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\drwaton.exe
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\attrib.exe -a -r -s -h <Virus name>.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe /c ""<Current directory>\a.bat" "
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <Current directory>\a.bat
- C:\tmp.avp
- <SYSTEM32>\drwaton.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\RECYCLER\drwaton.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\drwaton.exe
Deletes the following files:
- C:\tmp.avp
Deletes itself.
